1How many design tasks can I submit in one go?
You are free to submit as many tasks as you want throughout the month. Depending upon your package a certain number of tasks will be entertained at a time and other tasks will fall in a queue.
2What are the usual turn around times for any task?
Turn around times vary depending upon the complexity of the task. If the tasks are easy like quick fixes and tweaking they are returned within hours. If something really amazing needs to be made, it might take a minimum of a day or two.
3How many revisions are allowed for one design task?
There are no limits. You can submit as many tasks as you want and request as many revisions as you want throughout your monthly subscription. Each revision will count as a new task with a new turn around time and would be done on priority.
4What If I don't like your service?
If you don't like our service you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no contracts and no bounds. Additionally, if you don't like our service during the first seven days, we will give you a 100% refund.
5What type of graphics, images and depictions are not allowed?
We don't design anything related to Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco, Dance and Music, Religion, Images of women in revealing clothes and anything contrary to Islam. Additionally we try to avoid the use of life form like humans, animals etc in our design work as possible.
6Do you have any other extra charges?
No, we simply have two straightforward packages at a flat monthly rate (See All Packages). We do not charge anything outside of that.
7Who has the ownership rights of the designs?
You have the complete ownership and rights to the design and artwork that we do for you. You will always get all the source files and drafts along with the finished designs.
8I am not happy with the designer what should I do?
You can always request to change the designer in case you are not happy with their work or there is challenge in communication. We are always there to keep every thing super smooth, so don't worry :)
9What languages are supported?
Currently we only support three languages, English, Arabic and Urdu. However we are ready to deliver anything in any language for which we require your support and assistance.
10What do you mean by Shariah-compliant designing?
By shariah-compliant designing we mean designing work that is modest, does not have overly or necessary revealing images of women, provocative or misleading images. Since there is a difference of opinion as to whether usage of living beings, humans etc. is allowed or not as per the beliefs of people, we leave this to our customers to decide whether they want depictions of living beings/humans etc. in their design work
